Our premium cupuaçu pulp is extracted mechanically from ripe, healthy fruits (Theobroma grandiflorum) with absolutely no water added. This 100% pure pulp showcases cupuaçu’s distinctive pale yellow to beige color, creamy viscous texture, and the unique sweet-tart flavor that makes it the Amazon’s most exotic treasure. Rich in natural phenolic compounds and antioxidants, it’s the authentic taste of the rainforest.
